[Collision Repair Process] Fixing a small dent on a 2011 Ford Edge

Our general manager, Fidel Zalvalza, explains the collision repair process in this Ford Edge. As you can see in the video, even though the dent was pretty small, our technicians had to disassemble the rear panel, repair the body, paint, reassemble and detail the vehicle to do a perfect job. Our customer was extremely pleased.
